As White people, in general, seem to be obsessed with team sports, perhaps it would be a good strategy for us, to win them over to our side, by making an analogy between competing teams and competing races. And pointing out, that any team that has been lead to believe that "teamism" is evil, or that there is no such thing as "team", will lose badly to those that haven't, and so, continue to play as a team.
