Alas ! After weeks of studies I am able to write this piece !

We will focus on a shorter, simplified version of the paper I'm writing (in french har har) on the genus Datura Stramonium 'Angel'. Its extraction, means of administration and overall control power.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Extraction:

1 gram of mature D.S. seeds yield an average of 45 mg alkaloids, confirmed to be 35% Scopolamine, 40% Hyoscyamine, 25% Atropine.

10 grams ground seeds were soaked in chloroform and left to extract for 3 days with occasional shaking. Day+1 returned a slightly yellow color. Day+3 started to become somewhat brown.

Chloroform solution was mixed with an equal volume of dH2O. Chloroform layer was then evaporated. Yellowish crystals were formed (possibly a case of partially failed cleaning).

Total yield: 435 mg.

Administration:

- Oral delivery
- Intradermal (dose mixed with an equal volume of a 80/20 Dimethyl sulfoxide & Ether solution).

Dosage:

8mg........................Light
10mg.......................Moderate-
12mg.......................Moderate+
14mg.......................High-
15mg.......................High+, Lethal-
16mg.......................Statistical overdose. High risk of cardiac arrest.

Field Test:

All tests carried on sober subjects with no known priors of major mental/physical disabilities.

Subject #1 (M, ~75kg, 28) was administered 12mg orally. Became increasingly nervous immediately after ingestion. Attempted control at +35 mins (order: tell [Stranger] you're in love with her); Subjected to the order after repeated calls. Probably not out of submission but deinhibition. Admittedly suffers complete memory loss beginning 10 to 20 minutes after ingestion.

Subject #2 (M, ~70kg, 26) was administered 14.5mg orally. Began heavily sweating at +20. Attempted control at +35 (order: give X your car keys); Complied without resistance while still questioning the 'purpose' of such action. Complete memory blackout.

Subject #3 (F, ~65kg, 32) had an intradermal solution containing 13mg applied on her neck. Almost immediately (~1 min) exhibited effects similar to amphetamines. Attempted control at +20 (order: Go to the washrooms and write your name on a mirror). Complied without resistance. Name inscription was slightly off, possibly due to the loss of balance induced by the drug. Partial memory loss (Remembers places but not people nor names or actions).

Subject #4 (F, ~70kg, 44) had an intradermal solution containing 15mg applied on her wrists. Exhibited a major yet painless rash immediately after absorption. Major hallucinations/psychotic behavior exhibited at +15. Sedated with Diazepam without complications. Complete short term memory wipe (admittedly 'misses' up to 3 days before the event).

Conclusion:

Total control over people using this substance is indeed possible during a short time frame (1h~1h30) if administered orally in above average quantities. Longer periods of control (+2h) seem possible but require quantities dangerously close to overdose level.

Intradermal administration seem to act faster but produces an alarmingly high number of side effects/'rushes' making the experience uncontrollable/too dangerous.

Hope you enjoyed this little recap of me trying to play puppeteer :)

Thinking... Please wait.
