William Luther Pierce claimed the White man had a fundamental problem: he lacked a racial "soul." Pierce posited that race was more than just blood, there must be a "soul" innate to that blood, or else there is no race. It is his racial soul that the White man subjugates all belief to. This is what makes the White man White.
