This is a multicultural propaganda video.

The N haplogroup is a Lapoid/Mongoloid haplogroup and a person who has it can not be considered white by any means.

The J haplogroup is from Central-Asia, mainly Caucasus region and people from Azerbaijan and their descendants the Albanians are bearers of it. It is not white by any means.

E haplogroup is a North-African/Moorish haplogroup which is also not white by any means.

Only two haplogroups that can be considered as white are I which is a proto-white or a proto-European haplogroup and the other one is R. The bearers of these two haplogroups can be white but it's not a guarantee because mixed mongrels also can have I or R haplogroups and they are still not white.

So in conclusion the haplogroups can be a good indicator for filtering out the non-whites but in itself it still is not a guarantee that one is white. Racial anthropology can further precise that.
