The Beer Hall Putsch, a failed attempt by the National Socialist German Workers Party to overthrow the (((Weimar Republic))) occurred on this day in 1923.
Chairman Will Williams of the National Alliance sumnarized it nicely, so in the interest of me not writing a Robbinsville-esque tome on the topic, I will let Chairman Williams and History.com do the honors.
