Javed Iqbal, 42, allegedly offered to provide an undercover agent from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) with satellite broadcasts by Arabic-language Al Manar, according to court documents seen by AFP.
He faces up to five years in jail if convicted of charges under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act.

New York Man Arrested for Broadcasting Hizbollah TV Station

August 24, 2006(CNSNews.com) - A New York man, who is accused of broadcasting a Hizbollah-operated TV channel to New York customers, was arrested Wednesday for doing business with a terrorist-designated entity by the federal government, authorities announced on Thursday.
Javed Iqbal, also known as 'John Iqbal," was charged with conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA),

In the event of an actual attack on the United States, the president can also confiscate property connected with a country, group, or person that aided in the attack.

No word on how long HDTV has been allegedly providing broadcasts of al Manar.
In March 2006, [color="red"]the Treasury Department named al Manar as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist entity, making it a crime to engage in business transactions with al Manar.
Agents searched HDTV's office and Iqbal's residence in Staten Island where Iqbal allegedly maintained several satellite dishes.

If someone was able freely to acquire the Al-Manar broadcast stream and rebroadcast it on the net or the airwaves, then it would not appear to violate this law against "doing business with a terrorist organization". It seems the issue here is that he paid them money, or otherwise signed some type of contract with them.
Hopefully the traitors that do business with the terrorist organization called "Israel" will be jailed as well. But I'm not holding my breath.

This is why I keep telling White Nationalists that we've got to support the Muslims in circumstances like this. White Nationalists should come up with a 'Golden Rule' involving relations with other races. We can oppose other races on numerous issues, but when that race is either under attack by Jews or is in the process of attacking Jews, we offer that race 100% moral/ideological support. This defense of Non-Whites would include us standing behind Hamas, Hezbollah, Nation of Islam, Aztlan, etc..in the event that these groups were being harrassed by Jews.
