I make no claims to legal expertise but I agree wholeheartedly. The DA has a long row to hoe in this case and frankly I can't see the end of it for him. He has *NO* case. None. Just based on the little we have been able to glean through the white-hostile media, it looks really bad for Nifong.

As for stacking the jury with blacks and women, people should consider two things: First of all, the defense attourneys will almost certainly ask for a change of venue, and they will probably get it due to the hysterical press coverage and grandstanding by the DA himself. Secondly, these are not some poor WN suckers dragged before the Bar with no money or support. These guys have good lawyers and PI's working for them and if a jury is ever empaneled, you can damn well bet they wont allow the DA to stack it against them. My guess: Nifong is playing to the overtly anti-white male Durham crowd and hoping that his unspeakable behaviour will be appreciated enough to allow him to defeat his black and female primary challengers on May 2. After that, he will probably try to let it die, though I hope it doesn't . this is one case where I'd like to see the facts drug out in excruciating detail.

Never, EVER gonna happen. The best the White guys can hope for is to be acquitted in criminal court; or at least get a small cell mate.
