Yeah, people who "escaped" from Hitler [Jews] rate more than people who were sent to fight Hitler and got injured doing it [sheep]. My dad did got injured fighting under Patton, would that rate a mention if there was a newspaper story about me? I don't think so. There's nothing special about coming through WWII without a scratch because you weren't in the action. In fact, I don't think any Jew I have ever read about had any wounds at all from their Hitler days. Makes you wonder.
