Guardian UnlimitedA man who posted racist messages on a website in memory of murdered black teenager Anthony Walker was jailed for more than three years today.Neil Martin, 30, emailed at least six comments to the website - less than a week after Anthony was killed with an ice axe in a racist attack in Huyton, Merseyside, last year.
The site was set up by a school friend of the 18-year-old. Posting under the pseudonym Genuine Scouser, Martin suggested that white people should celebrate the murder, that Anthony's family should be burned and made references to slavery and a "banana boat".After the verdict, Anthony's mother, Gee Walker, said she was satisfied by the sentence and did not accept a written apology Martin had sent her.When he was arrested in September, officers also found 33 images of child pornography on his computer.
Martin, from Maghull, Merseyside, pleaded guilty at earlier hearings to publishing material likely to stir up racial hatred and to making indecent photographs of children.
He was sentenced at Liverpool crown court to two years and eight months' in jail for the race hate crime and six months consecutively for the child pornography offences.
Judge Henry Globe QC, the recorder of Liverpool, told Martin: "The intention of the website was innocent, honourable and well motivated.
"You accessed that website and you abused its use. You posted highly abusive, insulting and racist messages on the site."
During police interviews, Martin admitted posting the messages but insisted he was not racist. He told the officers he had intended to stir up an argument on the website but did not believe in what he had written.
Heather Lloyd, defending, said Martin had no history of racist behaviour and that he felt "deeply ashamed".
She said: "He was isolated and living in a fantasy world, spending hours on his computer in his room where his persona could be as he made it, good or bad."
The court heard that Martin had also created an internet profile using Anthony's name and photograph, and that he also posed as a schoolgirl on teenage chatrooms.
Miss Lloyd said her client had written a letter of apology to both the court and the Walker family.
Speaking outside court, Mrs Walker said: "After hearing what he said in those messages, I don't buy it. I don't accept it. He had time to think about it and he did it six times. I don't accept his apology.
"Hitler started with an idea, slavery started with an idea, so it is good that this was stopped in time."

He gets over 5 times the amount of prison time for "insensitive" words as he does for having child porn on his computer.
that, in itself, speaks volumes about the insane times we are living in.

Amazing. He gets almost 3 years in prison for a couple of net
comments, while the guy who provided a getaway car to the
actual murderers got only 11 months.

I see this as gift from Brit-ZOG to White nationalists everywhere.
It proves without doubt that the government is anti White.
Only the incurably brainwashed could fail to see the injustice of it.

The whole child porn thing is probably complete BS too. When I got in trouble the feds confiscated my computer. My attorney badgered me on the whole child porn thing and wanted to know if I had been to any shady porn sites in which I may have unknowingly downloaded any images of child porn. Of course they didn't find any child porn on my computer.
Porn sites in general have a lot of images and things which are cached into your browser that you don't ask for specifically.

An easy way to avoid the whole computer hassle is to just reformat every now and then. Anything worth keeping like movies or music (technically illegal anyways), large files, can be stored on another separate hard drive that you don't expose to WN sites, or anything else "risky." Stuff like documents (I write a lot, and have other crap I can't lose) can be stored on flash drives. If you game a lot, just use a separate computer. Hell, you can even save all of your internet bookmarks on a flash drive.
But don't think for one second they won't plant evidence on your computer. They can, they probably will. I'm REALLY surprised Matt Hale didn't get kiddy porn charges thrown on top of everything else the .gov folks made up.

Reformatting won't necessarily help, it usually only makes it a bit harder for them to find what they are looking for. If you're really paranoid about such things you need to erase your drives with specific software that is designed to write over all the data on your harddrives. Google it.

Yes, I'm beginning to think the same way - that perhaps SOME of the kiddie porn charges you hear about are set-ups. You should clean out your temporary files/cache periodically anyway - you should see what ends up in there...banner ads, "click here" buttons, and PICTURES YOU DIDN'T DOWNLOAD, BUT WERE MERELY ON A PAGE THAT YOU HAPPENED TO VISIT!!
