Seven charged in Cape Coral deaths
Cape Coral police have charged seven people in connection with the deaths of two teens found in vacant lot earlier this month.
Police today announced the arrests of Kenneth Lopez, 18; Roderick Washington, 17; Ashley Toye, 18; Iriana Santos, 16; Melissa Rivera, 20; Cody Roux, 16 and Paul Nounes, 16.
Nounes, Roux and Rivera are from North Fort Myers, the rest of the are from Cape Coral.
On Oct. 7, police were called to a lot in the 700 block of NE 27th Lane, where they found a smoking car and the bodies of Jeffery Sosa, 14, and another person identified by family members as Jeffrey Sosa's uncle, Alex Sosa, 18. Based on charges filed against the suspects, it appears that the Sosas were kidnapped and the car burned.
Police are not saying how the two were killed or what motives are involved, said Cape Coral Police spokeswoman Dyan Lee.

I'm really surprised the females bothered to turn themselves in. If you're responsible enough to own up to "acessory to murder" why the fuck weren't you responsible enough NOT TO BE INVOLVED in the first place?
