Former New York Mayor Giuliani and his staff had left the Twin Towers on 9-11 just prior to the Towers collapsing. Another staff member relates how he arrived at Guiliani's suite moments after Giuliani left, and saw half-eaten sandwiches and steaming coffee. Giuliani had failed to warn hundreds of emergency crews of the evacuation. Giuliani also bragged that 100's of dump trucks moved quickly to remove the debris (and any evidence with it). Where was the debris (ie evidence) moved to? China of course.
