Hmm, perhaps this signifies the "coming out of the closet" of Von Bluvens' faction. Well I can't agree with their lifestyle of course, but I guess it will be better for them in the long run. No sense in people like that being confused with the cause of Aryan self-determination.

You should attempt several designs. This flag is too similar to the Nazi flag, but lacks the visual impact of it. Try a clean break, instead.

Normally a new organization developes an ideology, and then adopts a symbol that reflects its beliefs.

It's the scientific symbol of the male with the arrow going inwards.
I wouldn't turn it at an angle. Have it pointing straight upwards. The way it is now it's like a...well... Going 90 degree vertical signifies upwards thought, upwards motion within the circle or symbol of order.
