A Sick Joke Played on the West: Hate Crime Laws

Let's consider the ridiculous "hate crime laws":

1. "Hate" is a common human emotion. It means "intensely disliking" something or someone. It's involuntary: you can't normally control it.

2. All humans experience the emotion of "hate." No exceptions. In fact, every time I turn on the TV, I experience hate. There's always something stupid on the TV.

3. How can the police or a prosecutor distinguish between mere "dislike" and "hate" among criminal suspects? They can't, of course. Furthermore, it's my "human right" to dislike or hate something. Being human, I will experience "dislike" and "hate" from time to time. So will the authors of "hate crime" laws! How ironic.

4. Why are Western governments trying to punish human emotions? There are 27 different human emotions. Do they also try to punish envy, jealousy, fear, excitement and pride? No. Why not? Why is "hate" the only emotion being punished? And, more importantly, why are "hate crime" laws selectively enforced (Black people are rarely charged with such crimes)?

5. Whether Joe Smith disliked/hated "Person X" before he punched him and the reason why he disliked/hated him is a moot point. We can't have different punishments for the same crime [1].

6. Laws that punish the feeling of the emotion of "hate" before or during a crime are downright Orwellian (read Orwell's book "1984").

7. Curiously, in every White country, Jews have led the movements to install "hate crime" laws [2]. Must be just a Cohencidence.

[1] There was a curious incident in America that happened circa 1990. A young White man went to a house party. There, he got into a fight with another, non-White young man. The first man was found to be the aggressor (he threw the first punch). Normally, the guy would have received either a fine or up to a month in jail for assault. But, it later came to light that the first man called the second man a racial slur just before punching him. So the assault was labeled a "hate crime" and the "hater" was looking at 3 years in prison! But it's the same crime no matter whether he used a slur or not. The same exact crime. It makes zero difference whether he called the other guy a "wetback" before punching him or not. Same crime, but very different punishments. That's unconstitutional. That's not White law. White law is logical and reasonable.
