Ahmadinejad says Holocaust 'made up to embarrass Germany'

Published: 8/28/2006

TEHRAN - Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has told German Chancellor Angela Merkel that the Holocaust may have been invented by the victorious Allied powers in World War II to embarrass Germany, the semi-official news agency Mehr reported Monday.

The remarks by the outspoken Ahmadinejad, who has repeatedly questioned the veracity of the Holocaust, came in a letter sent to Merkel in July whose contents have not been disclosed until now.

"Is it not a reasonable possibility that some countries that had won the war made up this excuse to constantly embarrass the defeated people ... to bar their progress," Ahmadinejad said in the letter.

"The question is if these countries, especially Britain, felt responsible for the Holocaust survivors, why they did not settle them in their own countries?" it said.

It is not the first time Ahmadinejad has voiced doubt about the mass slaughter of six million Jews under Nazi Germany, previously describing the Holocaust as a "myth" used to justify the creation of Israel.

"By promoting the necessity of settlement of Holocaust survivors in the occupied Palestine, they have created a constant threat in the Middle East," he said, referring to Israel.

Merkel on July 21 indicated that she would not formally respond to the letter, saying it contained "totally unacceptable" criticism of Israel and "constantly put in question" the Jewish state's right to exist.

Ahmadinejad blamed what he described as propaganda after World War II for making "some people feel historically guilty and indefinitely pay for the crimes of their fathers."

The letter came as it emerged Iran is to hold an international conference on the Holocaust on December 11-12 that would allow historians to present "hidden aspects" of the Nazi atrocities.

Media reports said the conference would touch on issues including the "reasons for anti-Semitism in Europe", "the Holocaust and Zionism", "the Holocaust in historical documents" and "Holocaust: rules and media".

Ahmadinejad in his letter also praised the German people as a nation with potential in science, art, philosophy and politics, but "who are not allowed to play their constructive role in the world."

"Undoubtedly, we, our two governments and nations, can make big steps to resolve the existing global problems... together we can convince some powers that respecting nations' rights is in best interest of everybody," Ahmadinejad said.

The publication of the letter coincided with a visit to Berlin by Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni, where she urged the international community to stop the "threat" posed by Iran's nuclear programme.

"There is an additional threat, not just for the state of Israel but for the entire international community," Livni said after talks with German counterpart Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

Germany, along with France and Britain, has been at the forefront of international diplomatic efforts to stop Iran enriching uranium amid fears the Islamic republic is planning to build nuclear weapons.

Jewish criminality came way before Herzl founding the ideology of Zionism.

His basic premise seems sound enough to me. Of course, I'm a died in the wool Holocaust denier and defensive anti-Semite. No Holocaust, no Israel. At least not smack dab in the middle of the Muslim world where this "Biblical homeland" becomes an irritant and a danger to all those countries around it.

Ahmadinejad has reiterated this theme of his before, notably in the Der Spiegel interview of several weeks ago.

He's right about the Holocaut being using to embarrass Germany. But it also has many other uses. It allows kikes the world over to seek reparations in the form of huge amounts of free money for an imagined crime against their race as a whole. Israel receives massive cash injections from the "nations in question" who "let it happen" when they could have "done something to save innocent people from slaughter".

It also allows kikes under the spotlight of criticism to fall back on the Holocaust as a way to avert unwanted attention. To instill the guild of mass murder into the minds of their opponents. As a way of implying that the ultimate goal of anyone who opposes these noble and righteous jews is their genocide. The mindless chant of "Israel has a right to exist" is tied up with the Holocaust. The Jews have a right to exist. They must not live in fear of those who would see them "wiped from the map" as Ahmadinejad so eloquently puts it.

Ahmadinejad is in the camp of others who believe that yes, the jews have a right to a homeland. But the important question is "where?". Why in Palestine?

We like to call the Muslims crazy for their religious doctrines concerning, for example, the treatment of women or the way they yodel. What about the promises of Yhwh to his special pets? That the Jews have some "god-given" right to settle in the Holy Land. When it's been proven that most jews of the ashkenazi type have absolutely no ties whatsoever to the area called Palestine which has been lived on by indigenous people for thousands of years. It's fundamentalist interpretation of the Old Testament. To assert that god promised Palestine and the city of Jerusalem to these hooknosed desert cutthroats as a global crime center and refuge for jewish criminals the world over. That's fundamentalism: using some ancient book of fables as evidence!

Ahmadinejad merely points out that if Europeans are responsible for this awful deed against the jews, then why must the Muslim world suffer the presence of this new and unwanted democratic nation (violently installed and maintained) born out of the ashes of WWII? When in fact the Muslim world had nothing to do with the supposed Holocaust. Let the guilty parties suffer Israel in their midst. Israel's entire history has been one of aggression and genocide against the indigenous people, not the other way around. Israel is the aggressor, the attacker, the guilty party. Not the Arab nations that have been dealing with this thorn in their side known as Israel the nation the Jews won along with WWII.

Israel has a right to exist alright! There's plenty of prime real estate in Mongolia. Somewhere less crowded, less Muslim, and where they'd find a whole lot less "conflict" from "the terrorists" who are in fact the Jews in every instance.

Yeah, we're all just a bunch of hateful anti-semites

It is shame incarcerated by ZOG Ernst Zundel. Won't be able to make this "International conference on the Holocaust on December 11-12"

The holocaust is a very effective political shield for sure.

It would be nice to see all those punished for their holocaust denial get reperations of their own once the whole fiasco is deregulated.
