Georgetown University Law Professor: 'Preventive Detention' may be coming

Concentration camps for America?

According to a Law Professor at Georgetown University, "rational, narrowly tailored" preventive detention laws will be needed in the US "after the next" terror "attack." (Notice he does not say, "if there is another attack." Does the good professor know something we don't?).

Here is another fateful step on the road to Stalinism in America. It will all be oh so polite, courteous and legal. It simply entails locking up all the bad people, the people the government thinks are "dangerous" but can't prove it. So they "detain them." Kind of like a preemptive first strike, only instead of Iraqis, it will be the American people who are on the receiving end. For our own good, don't you know. For peace and security!

Whatever happened to "Live Free or Die?" you ask.

That's dangerous thinking, pal.
