Atlanta--Civil rights leaders called Tuesday for a march on the Justice Department and an economic boycott next month because they believe the federal government has been sluggish in dealing with hate crimes.

The Rev. Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III and other activists called for Americans not to spend any money Nov. 2 as an economic boycott of the federal government's handling of hate crimes. And they announced initial plans for a Nov. 16 march on Justice Department headquarters in Washington.

[color="Blue"]Would somebody please tell me what hate crimes our government is ignoring OTHER than black on white hate crimes. What are these numbnuts talking about.... We need to at least spend as much money as we can in WHITE businesses on Nov. 2nd, and we should be planning a counter demonstration, but of course we're not.....
