Jacob "Kobi" Alexander a co-founder of Comverse Technologies stands accused of one of the biggest stock option frauds on record. He did not show up in court for arraignment today and there are reports that he has fled to Israel where it seems all of the big time Jewish swindlers and con artists wind up. Incidentally, Comverse along with another Izzyland outfit called "Amdocs" provide technical services to the telecommunications industry. Some have suggested that the two companies engage in an elaborate scheme of information gathering for you know what country.
Comverse Ex-Chief Alexander Charged in Options Case (Update4)

" -- Comverse Technology Inc. former Chief Executive Officer Jacob ``Kobi'' Alexander and two other men were charged with fraud as the government intensified its crackdown on stock option manipulation.
Alexander, 54, hasn't surrendered to authorities and is considered a fugitive, a person familiar with the case said. The former CEO was accused with David Kreinberg, 41, a Comverse ex- finance chief, and William Sorin, 56, a former general counsel. Prosecutors in Brooklyn, New York, charged them with backdating ``millions of stock options'' at New York-based Comverse, the world's largest maker of voice-mail software.
The backdating investigation is the biggest probe of corporate wrongdoing since inquiries into late trading of mutual funds three years ago led to $4.3 billion in penalties. At least 80 companies including Apple Computer Inc. have said they are the subject of government or internal stock option inquiries.
``Rest assured Comverse will not be the last,'' said Jacob S. Frenkel, a former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer now in private practice in Rockville, Maryland. ``I think we're likely to see a steady stream of these cases over the next six to 12 months, some criminal, some SEC civil cases.''
Alexander and Kreinberg created a ``slush fund'' where they parked stock options later used to recruit or retain employees, the government charged. Alexander, who has Israeli citizenship, wired $60 million to Israel from proceeds of fraudulent stock options, prosecutors said.

Yes. They have their claws in deep. Both companies are apparently full of spies from that shitty little country.

What Israel has done in return was to set up government subsidized telecommunications companies which operate here in the United States. One of these companies is Amdocs, which provides billing and directory assistance for 90% of the phone companies in the USA. Amdocs' main computer center for billing is actually in Israel and allows those with access to do what intelligence agencies call "traffic analysis"]

Yep . It seems to be a typical pattern for so many jewish merchants. I have read dozens of stories, fitting the same pattern . Stormfront had a large collection at one time, a very long thread .
