Timothy Wayne Shepard is a character to say the least, or just an insane monster that killed his girlfriend because she broke up with him. They were at his apartment when they guy went crazy, strangled her and then chopped her body up and burned her on his grill outside on the patio. Neighbors did call the cops and sent someone out to check up and see what was going on. Timothy's excuse was that he was cooking alot of meat for an upcoming wedding.
