NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) -- 23-year-old Amanda McAnelly, of New Albany was shot at the Plaza Square Apartments near Grant Line Road.
New Albany Police arrested her 27-year-old boyfriend Ivan Chambers. They have a toddler together.
