Affidavit: Man Shoots At Woman Over Parking Space

Men Threatened To Run Over Victim Holding Parking Space For Mother-In-Law, Police Say

DENVER -- Two men in a Mercedes Benz so wanted a parking spot that a woman was holding for a relative at the Denver Diner that they threatened to run her over before one of them fired a shot at her, police said.

The men got their parking space and strolled inside the diner, but they never had a chance to eat.

Surveillance video obtained by 7NEWS showed the men sitting at the diner counter when at

least eight police officers swarmed into the eatery and handcuffed the pair.

"They came in. They ordered," said diner manager Kosta Skordos. "And right as soon as they got their food the police officers came in and arrested them.”
