Needless to say that Cuban issues aren't close to my heart, but I love the concept.
He was evidently pissed off at an editor named Fiedler for belittling the Cuban expatriate cause. One article mentions that Fiedler had called vocal anti-communist Cubans "little chihuahuas yapping at our heels".
Run, jew! heheh sure to see more of this in the future.
