Attorney for John Demjanjuk moves to have 4 expert witnesses excluded from trial

BERLIN - The attorney for John Demjanjuk is asking that four witnesses be excluded from giving expert testimony because he says they are biased.

Lawyer Ulrich Busch filed a motion Tuesday to exclude the witnesses, including a historian who in the past said Demjanjuk is a "monster" who "should be hanged."

The Munich state court made no immediate ruling on the motion. It was not clear when the witnesses were scheduled to testify.
