Dennis Edwards TIMONIUM, Md. (WJZ) ― The manhunt for two suspects is over a week after a brazen attack outside a Timonium light rail stop. Dennis Edwards has the latest on this high-profile case.

An 18-year-old suspect turned himself in and that led police to his 22-year-old friend. One was denied bail and the other is held on $1.5 million bond.

Two men are behind bars 10 days after they allegedly abducted a teenage couple at gunpoint in a car at a Timonium park and ride. The male victim was stuffed in the trunk, the female victim sexually assaulted. Both were left stranded in Cherry Hill. Eighteen-year-old Tyrone Scott turned himself in to police on Saturday.

"There were only two suspects in this crime. We are very confident about that. At this time, we feel like we have all the suspects that were related to this crime. We do have some loose ends that they need to do," said Mike Hill.

Charging documents obtained by Eyewitness News indicate investigators were able to identify 22-year-old Kiheem Taylor, who was arrested at his home Sunday night.

Scott is charged with first degree rape, armed carjacking, first degree sex offense, kidnapping and armed robbery. Taylor faces the same charges, minus first degree rape and sex offense, but including assault and handgun charges.

Both arrests are good news for commuters, but on nights when there aren't many people in the parking lot, they're more excited about stepped up security.

Since the incident, MDTA police have stepped up patrols. An observation crane was brought in to give officers a better view of the area.

"I feel good that they found someone. I'm glad to see they have police out there. For a long time, I've been complaining about the fact that there are no cameras out here," said Sharon Alston.

The bail status for Scott and Taylor could change Tuesday when results of a bail review are made public.
