their diplomas and march right to their nearest state college and demand
admittance, since they're obviously qualified. Don't worry about attending

BTW, if I was forced to take two years of Spanish in high school, thousands

It seems this scam was being run by some ME and was charging about 1400 a pop for his HS diplomas., most, if not all, going to spics. It all unravelled when his "graduates" were having their degrees challenged. They blew the whistle and it all came tumbling down.

The cover is bad enough, but read through the selected pages in the numbered links at the bottom of the page. Although a scam, it must be the par for schools in California.

I saw a little on this on the jew tube, yesterday. The test they are being rquired to take, is the equivalent of 9th grade. They are all afraid they won't pass it. It's time for the race trump card to be played. This way everybody gets their H.S Diploma.

This might have something to do with the fact, that most companies want a B.S degree or better to hire anyone. College has also been dumbed down a lot, too.

California high school exit exam: Racist and illegal!

Some 47,000 high-school seniors had their hopes for June graduation dashed when a federal appeals court refused to schedule an early hearing on the fairness of California’s high school exit exam.

While State Superintendent Jack O’Connell is elated with this “most welcome decision,” thousands of second language learners, primarily Latin@, and under-served students from poor families will be not be able walk the stage and receive their diplomas.

Students and their advocates have been mobilizing this year to challenge the California High School Exit Exam. A lawsuit filed by 10 West Contra Costa high-school students and their parents had been affirmed on May 12, when a federal judge granted a preliminary injunction suspending the exit exam for the 2006 graduating class.

Judge Robert Freedman said he was persuaded by the students’ testimony that the exit exam discriminates against English-language learners and poor students. The judge went on to note, “There is evidence that shows that students in economically challenged communities have not had an equal opportunity to learn the materials tested on the exam.”

Arturo Gonzalez, the students’ attorney, added: “Many students in California have not been given a fair opportunity to learn the material. These are good kids who have worked hard for 13 years to pass their courses.”

Californians for Justice had brought a second challenge to the exit exam, alleging that the state violated its own law by not studying alternatives to the exit exam. Unfortunately, the study was not completed in time to affect the first year of the exit exam.

A Stanford study strongly proposed an alternative approach to the exit exam. In a report called the “Multiple Measures Approaches to High School Graduation,” the School Redesign Network cited positive alternatives to exams that are used by several states including Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Maine. The Stanford group suggested implementing a program like a “Senior Year Demonstration” which would include and encourage a range of performance and thinking skills.

Students all over California were thrilled when the court ruled in their favor on May 12. However, true to its word, the state education office appealed to the California Supreme Court, which reinstated the exam. The First District Court of Appeal showed what side the court is on by refusing to set an expedited hearing. The appeals court instead set the hearing for July 25, guaranteeing that tens of thousands of students will not get their diplomas.

Of the nearly 47,000 seniors who failed the exam, at least 20,600 are designated as English learners. More than 28,300 are from poor families.

Students, parents and lawyers are continuing to mobilize to stop this latest injustice against Latin@, African American and poor students. Gonzalez, the students’ attorney, stated that the “fight is not over.” He and others believe that the exit exam is illegal, discriminatory and a violation of the students’ constitutional rights.

According to Antonio Williams, a young writer for the Poor News Network, students were mobilized into the struggle and encouraged by the resistance to CAHSEE. He said, “As I, a young brother of color who failed the Exit Exam, watched resistance to the racist and classist Exit Exam, I don’t feel like completely giving up.” (http://www.poormagazine.org)

Either we are right or we are insane. That's precisely how I feel about it all sometimes. How can people sit so complacently as they see all this occurring? How can white people have become so pathetically brainwashed by the Jewprop in such a short time? A lot of the time I wish I could "go back to sleep."

I understand the anti-racist position. Sure, we're "all the same," I can get along fine with nonwhites. It's nice to be friends with everyone, and just about every featherless biped is fairly agreeable most of the time (sans violent negroids). That doesn't mean flooding a predominantly white nation with third world scum is a good domestic policy decision though.

I think it has to do with time sense. There are plenty of smart people out there. I interact with bright people most of my day, but none of them are thinking beyond next week or their personal lives. Why is it, that it's always about the poor, screw the poor. I can only speak for my family, but being a second generation American. We we're poor too.

My family came over from Germany, and Ireland. Both sides of my family learned English, and went to skool, back when there was no affirmative blacktion, or grants, G.I. bills, or student loans. Yet most of them went to skool, and got themselves into professions. Bottom line, they we're poor. How come they made it with no outside help? Answer: Brains and, Self-Determination. Wrong. Everybody who earned their diploma will be hurt if diplomas are awarded to those who did not earn them. It cheapens something that had once held value as a proof of significant achievement.

It's like Congressional Medals of Honor being handed out as a reward for small good deeds: everyone who earned them in previous years with valor and heroism and at risk to their lives will be deprived of the higher honor and esteem that they deserve.

It's also like letting people who have not learned how to drive safely have a driver's license anyway. The public will pay a price for this lowering of standards, and the price will be more loss of life and property on the highway.

And now that Mexicans can get a high school diploma without doing their school work satisfactorily enough to earn one, the public will have to pay the price of unqualified spics occupying important jobs, and hence an increasing failure of those jobs to be performed correctly.
