A tutorial workshop for the upcoming FDNY exam turned raucous last night when the organization that represents black firefighters turned away Whites who wanted to attend. "My dad was a firefighter killed on 9/11" said Rob, who would not give his last name, as over 100 blacks received a test prep inside. A spokesperson for the vulcan society said he was told to admit only those who received a confirmation e-mail and it had nothing to do with race. The Whites angry reaction drew over 30 NYPD cops to the scene. "It's incredible" said Paul Mannix, a deputy FDNY chief, that Whites were banned from the event.
