based on the body cam it looks like this might be an actual nigger, not just the blue variety. Anyway he is arresting a white woman who is complying and all of a sudden has a panic attack and randomly starts shooting.
He then spazzes out.
This blue nig probably had a PTSD attack from being in Iraq or was having some kind of roid rage or something.
