Magdiel Sanchez was sitting on the porch, and he had a pipe in his hands. The blue nigs told him to drop it but he couldn't hear them.
Many witnesses, some screaming 'he can't hear you!', and he was shot multiple times.
The officers claim they didn't hear the warnings, but the witnesses say otherwise.
