A short while back there was a thread on a couple of judges who were getting kickbacks for incarcerating juveniles in private Gulags. This link is a rehash of the incident, however the more important part is a video at the bottom. It is not very good quality, and it is almost 52 minutes long, but it is one of the most sobering and almost frightening videos I have ever watched on the Internet.

Once I started watching it, I had to watch the whole thing non-stop. When I had finished, I thought to myself, "There will never be enough rope."
