Britain to double education aid for Africa

LONDON, June 27 (Xinhua) -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair has announced that Britain's aid to promote education in Africa will be doubled to 1 billion pounds (1.82 billion U.S. dollars) a year.
According to The Independent, Blair made the announcement when he made a speech at King's College, London, on Monday.
In the speech, Blair said the Department for International Development budget for Africa's education would rise to 1 billion pounds a year by 2010, and promised efforts to improve Africa's secondary and higher education as more children receive primary education.
"This will help to give at least 22 developing countries the predictable funding they need to invest in ambitious long-term strategies to get all children into school by 2015," he said.
Ministers hope their high-level Africa Progress Panel, co-chaired by the UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan, will help maintain political pressure on the G8 states to deliver on the promises made at Gleneagles last year.
As to international trade, next month would be "crucial" in deciding whether world leaders can break the logjam in international trade negotiations to free world markets for the developing world, Blair said.

And once they get all the kids in school, then they will need money for "failed schools" [schools full of negroes that don't know how to read any more than they did before].

Ostensibly the elite of Britan, individuals like Gates and Buffet, and other obscenely wealthy individuals and entities want to ensure that more Africans receive the kind of education that aids and improves an individual's personal autonomy. However, I'm inclined to believe that the real aim here is to smarten up the populace just enough to turn the 'freaka into another ultra-low-cost manufacturing hub through which another blow can be dealt to the American middle class, ensuring the expropriation of ever greater sums of wealth from the west.
This passage from the cited article reveals a bit of the actual intent of this action:

He said he wanted to secure a deal cutting agricultural subsidies and giving developing nations access to international markets. He added he would write to world leaders this month setting out proposals aimed at breaking the deadlock in trade negotiations."
It's obvious that the elite are laying the groundwork for turning Africa into another nexus of cheap, disposable crap manufactury. The bit about agricultural subsidies is key as well, as the real aim of undoing subsidies is to destroy the handful of independent farmers remaining in the west.
Sober individuals who are couched in the historical reality of Africa and who do not deny the provable biological inferiority of its denizens will be inclined to believe that these African educational initiatives are destined to fail. Apparently those who pull the levers of monetary control, however, are so intoxicated with power that they believe they can actually pull off this nefarious scheme. As frustrating as it may be for us to endure, we will get to see these attempts go down in flames.
