I know Bush is getting alot of hate out there for stuff like this. I remember Condaleeza Rice and Powell are the ones sort of suggesting he do this kind of stuff, you know, he wants to please his black friends and stuff, but that's 30 billionn dollars of blood, sweat and tears he's dumping in AFrica, I think he cares a little more about his friends loyalty to Africa, than the American people.
