One of our resident monkey's gets busted a while back for exposing his genitals to a 73 year old woman as well as assaulting her while she tried to assist him in a Kroger grocery store.

Well now he is trying to get the University of Cincinnati to give him his job back.

Note that according to the chimp's lawyer that the woman prior to the assault "danced" with the pervert before he committed his acts. How likely the woman went along with the idiotic Black after he began acting like an idiot (I mean typical offensive and inappropriate Black behavior we see every damn day) because she was concerned with rubbing it the wrong way and provoking a chimp out.

Archer was arrested June 14 after police say he confessed June 10 to exposing his penis multiple times and at several locations inside the Fort Mitchell Kroger store on May 27.

He admitted rubbing his penis against the buttocks of a 73-year-female employee trying to help him locate vitamins, Fort Mitchell Police Officer Ron Wietholter wrote in a sworn statement.

His lawyer insists the contact between Archer and the woman was consensual.

"The alleged incident, which was recorded by Kroger security cameras, shows Mr. Archer and a Kroger employee having consensual close conversations in the pharmacy aisles followed by consensual dancing of a rhythmic nature," he said.
