The number is (202) 274-9100, I just called, had to leave a message there closed as of 4:16 pm EST. I left them a polite but strong message. I told them I was under the impression that they were a free country since the fall of communism but see I'm mistaken. I reminded them David is an American citizen where we still have free speech and that he should be released now, etc.
