A senior British politician has announced a scheme to install CCTV cameras with a loudspeaker facility in public places across the country.
Not reported by most networks, is the fact that the loudpeaker facility may be operated by children. Competitions are to take place in schools whereby children will 'win' the right to - quite literally - police adults.
Just like the 'Junior Spies' in George Orwell's 1984 ...
Spreading paranoia in the ranks of the enemy is an old trick.
Remember that the next time someone starts accusing all and sundry of being an 'infiltrator', 'traitor', or 'red'.
