You don't suppose we could benefit by helping certain Blacks to relocate and get housing and jobs? To qualify for our aid, a nigger would have to have be HIV positive. We'd offer to move him into an area where there were lots of so-far uninfected Blacks, set him up in a nice house, give him a bit of cash and help him look for a job.

Of course, he'd start screwing the Black hos nearby and downlowing among his Brothas, guaranteeing a rapid regional rise in Black HIV infections. And the more well-off we made him seem, the more attractive he'd be to those local hos and lows, and the quicker he'd spread his germs among them. We could preferentially assist HIV positive Blacks who other Blacks consider attractive, to further raise the infection rate.

Might it be worth what we'd spend? I doubt that it would even be illegal, provided that we did nothing other than hand out money & services and did nothing that directly caused the disease to spread. The US government already does this unintentionally and with sloppiness (i.e., Whites end up getting infected, too) with college athletic scholarships and such; we'd just be doing the same job more deliberately and efficiently. If we really wanted to do some justice we'd plant them near jewish communities. The spread would be slower but you get more value per infection.

I would argue the opposite point, that the numbers are much greater than those reported and with good cause. In most of Black Africa ( Note: I didn't use the PC term 'Sub Sahara Africa ') AIDs deaths are not reported as such, they are reported as 'other' or listed under some other cause. Beside this , we all know intuitively how jibes spread disease and are careless about hygiene, especially when related to sex . You just know it has to be greater than 100 million .
