Larry Brinkin, the iconic San Francisco gay activist who brought the nation’s first domestic partnership lawsuit in 1982, was arrested Friday on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, police said. [Gee, what a shocker.

Police remained tight-lipped [Might be a good idea around faggots] about the allegations Monday, only confirming that the 66-year-old was booked at County Jail. He posted bail Saturday, jail officials said.
