Decordova Palmer ignored Judge Friedland's questions and demands for quiet, ranting religious references in court and ultimately landing himself in the middle of a courtroom scuffle. The 29-year-old Brevard County man fought off deputies, knocking over the podium. But, in his right hand, he hung on to his bible in a disruption that surprised the courtroom. (Is you laughin' now, beotch?)
Palmer was in court for a single misdemeanor charge of trespassing along the railroad, but it was his refusal to listen to orders that now has him facing felony charges. At one point, a deputy pulls out pepper spray, but Palmer doesn't give up. He falls up against the witness stand and gets within inches of the judge's bench.
Twice within ten days, Brevard County bailiffs have had to resort to physical force to subdue defendants. Jamar Williams, a suspect in a several violent crimes, refused to go to jail, screaming the deputies would have to kill him. Williams has yet to be charged with anything as a result of it.
But Judge Friedland didn't waste any time charging Palmer and making one more demand.
"I'm also going to order that he be screened for mental health issues," the judge said.
Palmer bonded out of jail on $5,000 bond. He listed an address in Port St. John. Eyewitness News went by the address, Tuesday, to get his side of the story and the woman living there said he never lived there and she doesn't know who he is.

Ha ha-- dinkess looks on. Ain't The Kwa a fine ting?
