Since Apple uses cheap Chinese slave labor, which boosted it's profit to a one trillion dollar valuation, the Chinese Govt argues that they should share that money with Chinese citizens.

China says that Apple could be "..the target of "anger and nationalist sentiment" amid the ongoing trade war.."

I'm supportive of the tariffs, since we have been screwed on trade agreements since Clinton and NAFTA.

On the flip side, we also should stop using slave labor overseas, as Trump said we would but has not yet put a stop to it. Ivanka ranted and raved that we'd have manufacturing here too, yet I don't see what they've passed to that effect, they even were supposedly considering accepting entry into a revised version of the Trans Pacific Partnership trade agreement.

Will be interesting to see how this stand-off plays out. An Apple 'sail foam' is already overpriced but they may become like Wagu beef or something, only the elite will be blathering on one.
