This sounds like what happened to British Airways flight back in 1990. It's very likely the chink doing the repair used the wrong sized screws just like in that incident.
Who knows how bad these chink shitboxes are.
This is probably why the KWA military aircraft constantly crash or have parts fall off mid flight. Using muds as labor, and in the design as well as using chink made cheap parts and metal on the aircraft.
