Are rather calm when a nation they share a border with is detonating hydrogen bombs and shooting ICMB missiles into near by waters.

In the three examples above, among others, the chinks whine about the Philippines, Vietnam, Japan, and Bhutan threatening regional stability, international peace, chink sovereignty, blah, blah, blah ...

The chinks, are having the gooks in korea do their dirty work, i.e. threaten the West.

If the chinks thought they were strong enough, they would have no problem doing it themselves.
