EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah — Construction at the Facebook data center in Utah County has been halted after project officials said there have been additional instances of racist or hateful graffiti.
The first instance of vandalism happened earlier in the month when a racist slur and threat were found on the inside of a portable bathroom at the Eagle Mountain site.
Photos show the statement reading, “Kill a ****** day 11/29,” using the n-word.
A reward of $50,000 was offered for information that helped identify the person responsible.
