The mayor and police chief of Tempe, Arizona are apologizingafter a video surfaced of a local cop making two black men rap for him, in exchange for not giving them a ticket for littering.

Geesh of course it turns into a big whoop and whitey apologizes, but still it is funny as F&*k
IF that cop isnt on our side, he should be.

It's fucking pathetic that they actually apologized for this. Complaining about shit like this is just a way for them to stick it to whitey a good way for them to keep whitey in line.
