Thank you for inviting me here this afternoon.

[color="red"]We in law enforcement know that we cannot win the battle against crime by ourselves. We need partners in the communities we serve, and [color="Red"]in the ongoing fight against bigotry and hatred, [color="Red"]we are happy to count the Anti-Defamation League among our most important allies.
[color="red"]So I thank the ADL for that. I'd like to thank, also, two members of my office who are here with me today, and who have done great work in the area of civil rights. Assistant District Attorney Stacey Fortes-White is our point person for civil rights crimes.
(See she-gorilla, second from left in photo. -Chain) Stacey works closely with the local police departments in Suffolk County, including the Boston police Community Disorders Unit, to investigate all suspected hate crimes and, where appropriate, bring civil rights violation charges.

Jackie Lamont, the deputy chief of our victim advocacy program, provides support to people who have been victims of hate crimes, and, along with ADL, provides training to other law enforcement agencies about how to best serve victims of hate crimes. I know Stacey and Jackie are thrilled to be here today.

Certain cases define a prosecutor's office. I would argue that how an office responds to hate crimes - what resources it puts into investigations and prosecutions, what level of expertise and experience it insists upon in those assigned to them - tell you a lot about how progressive that office is.

Shortly after I began my current term as district attorney, an act of terrible violence occurred on the concourse at the Park Street MBTA station. I'm sure many of you here remember that night, when Josiah Spaulding III allegedly attacked two teenage girls with a metal baton, causing injuries that put both victims in the hospital with head injuries.

It was bad enough that a physically powerful young man would use a weapon akin to a police billy club to beat two young women, one 14 and one 17, unprovoked. In fact, I was disturbed that he was even carrying it.

But what caused the most concern for me and my office was what the victims and witnesses told investigators: that Spaulding and a number of his friends, who were all white, had taunted the young women with vulgar racial epithets during the attack.

We in the law enforcement community see violence on a daily basis, and it continues to shock us. When that violence is driven by racial, ethnic, or religious intolerance, though, it becomes an attack not on just one person, but on many.

In a way, the entire city was victimized that night. I can imagine people here, and in other parts of the country, shuddering also when they heard that even in Boston, even in the 21st century, a person can be surrounded by a mob and beaten because of the color of his or her skin. This we will not abide: not in our time, and not in our city.

We brought Spaulding's case before a grand jury and indicted him not just on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon but also on two counts each of civil rights violation and violation of constitutional rights. (And they lost. -Chain)

By moving his case out of district court and into Superior Court, where he faces much stronger maximum penalties, we hope to accomplish two things: first, to hold Spaulding accountable for the crimes against the two victims, and second, to send a message loud and clear that hate crimes, and those who commit them, will not be tolerated here. That case is pending in Suffolk Superior Court now, and we expect to bring it to trial later this year.

More recently, in Winthrop, a family of Somali immigrants became the targets of harassment and violence by several local youths. No one was seriously injured, but you can imagine my anger and frustration on hearing that the very people who came to our country to escape famine and violence now found themselves in fear on the same shores that welcomed my ancestors from Ireland on my father's side and Italy in the case of my mother's parents. My office worked closely with Winthrop police to ensure the family's safety and to build a case against those believed responsible. The Attorney General's Office also moved quickly, issuing a civil injunction barring the suspects from any further contact with the family, and Winthrop Police remain ready to enforce it. When we learned that the defendants had allegedly violated that civil injunction, we worked with the Attorney General's Office to initiate further sanctions, because the culprits will face stiffer penalties by us going that route.

You won't find any turf battles here - state and county prosecutors are working with local authorities to ensure that the victims are protected and the suspects are held to account for their actions.

But if the bad news is that we continue to see isolated incidents of violence driven by racism and other forms of prejudice, the good news is that the most recent FBI statistics show Massachusetts is at an eight-year low in terms of hate crimes reported.

Some would say that we're lucky to live in such a state, but I think there's more to it than just luck. We have worked to make it that way, worked toward a belief in tolerance, inclusion, and diversity that now runs like a current through our schools and industries.

We have embraced the wide variety of cultures that can be found in city squares across the Commonwealth, and most densely right here in Boston, where generations of immigrants have built homes and raised families. And it's a reflection of our state government's willingness to work collaboratively with social service organizations to make sure that vulnerable populations are well-represented, no matter their income level or political clout.

[color="Blue"]The sad truth is that racism and prejudice still exist. (Yeah. just watch the kike F-16's hit Lebanon today on Fox and CNN!) Homophobia and religious discrimination continue to plague our culture. And even many otherwise enlightened men and women don't recognize their own privilege when it comes to matters of race, ethnicity, gender orientation, and religious observance.

But those of us whose duty it is to enforce the law are keenly aware of the duty we have to right those wrongs: a duty to those who have been discriminated against; a duty to the next generation, be they native born or reared by immigrant families; and a duty to history, which we hope will judge us by our actions, and not condemn us for inaction.

[color="red"]Andrew Tarsy, who was a regional counsel with the Anti-Defamation League in Boston and went on to join our firm, was a key individual in some of our regional CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives. His involvement, particularly with the New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility—a model for this kind of effort all across the country—triggered the firm’s early interest in this area. Andy has left the firm to become regional executive director for the ADL in New England, but in the meantime the firm has been able to develop a targeted approach to servicing businesses within the CSR framework.

...Witnesses testified that he never uttered a racial epithet during the confrontation but that his girlfriend did.

So the nigger initiated the physical assault with a push of Spaulding's girlfriend, followed by a bottle hit to the head and probably a double hands round the neck choking. Then Spaulding pulled out his collapsible metal baton and whacked the negress in the head, much as you would try to whack a pit bull with its jaws clamped on your kid.

The piece doesn't mention anything about the sheteen negress having been ever charged or convicted. Really, it's 45 years of jooz' training beating the last vestiges of White male defense of his woman agaisnt the jooz' congoloidal stormtroopers out of any lingering resisters.

Do cops raid the homes of young shaved head nigger criminals and then have "journalists" write that the police found explicitly hateful hip hop DVD's and CD's, and green, yellow and red striped flags in the residence?

Spaulding case comes to a boil again

The case against Josiah Spaulding III, the son of the President of the Wang Theatre in Boston who was charged with assault after an alledged incident on the MBTA, came to a boil again yesterday as additional allegations surfaced.

According to court documents filed in East Boston District Court, Spaulding called Andrea Dowe on Feb. 10 from his girlfriend’s home in East Boston and said: ‘’You [expletive] fat Jew. I’m gonna gas you and your family. You sick [expletive]. . . . I’m gonna murder you.’’
Dowe, 18, turned over the voice mail, as well as several threatening e-mails she alleges that Spaulding’s girlfriend sent, to detectives from the Boston Police Community Disorders Unit, which investigates hate crimes and civil rights violations.

He is charged with a civil rights violation in the Nov. 22 attack on three black teenage girls who were racially taunted by a group of 10 white youths in the subway passageway near Downtown Crossing. Police said Spaulding struck two of the girls, one of them twice, with a baton.

After an arrest warrant was issued, Spaulding went to Amsterdam for several months. He turned himself in to MBTA police in February after his family negotiated with police, an MBTA official said at the time. {Boston Globe}

The incident raised more questions about the MBTA Police’s apparent lack of appropriate crime prevention on the T’s subway system, which then raised calls to restore the T’s plainclothed unit, etc.

Such a target rich environment.

The message that we must take away from this outrageous travesty of justice, is that when confronted by niggers and forced to physically defend oneself, one must literally kill the niggers and kill any witnesses, otherwise one will face 20 years in prison.

The other option is to kill those in the criminal justice system who have created this unjust environment and the jews who pull their strings.

As it is, it won't matter if you call them a nigger or not, they will say you did and it will be your word against theirs - guess who wins?

I guess you could carry a tape recorder around with you and then if you get into an altercation with one of them, you would have recorded proof that you didn't say anything.

Word of advice, never say ANYTHING, but go about your WORK...in other words, if you have to defend yourself and kick the crap out of them, whatever you do, don't call them a nigger.

Just plan ahead for these confrontations and use a little common sense. Tell the cops the negro called you a filthy jew and shouted "Allah Akbar" as he tried to kill you. You'll go free, the nigger will be lynched by the ADL controlled cops, paranoia will increase in the jew community and nigger rage against jews will be inflamed. :cheers:

This reminds me of an event from my childhood, when I was about eight or so years old. We were visiting my grandparents, and the couple next door had a niglet child staying with them (it was called a Sunshine Child, an inner city child going to live with a rural family for a summer). Not being racist as a child, and not being able to avoid the kid once I was outside, we ended up hanging out. Of course, TNB started to set in, so I went back inside. The foster parents called and said that the niglet claimed that I called him a nigger. My mother and her parents said that even though I was probably telling the truth, I had to go and apologize to the niglet. With tears and humiliation, I went and apologized for something I didn't do. I hated my family that day for doing that to me. Looking back, I wish that I did call him a nigger. That event was probably the first that began my awakening.

Being racially-aware in this police-state age, having a mini-tape recorder with you everywhere you go, is very wise.

All blacks, regardless of age, are habitual criminals. Its not a crime to beat two niglets senseless with a collapseable baton (wish I could've seen that with my own eyes!), its pro-active criminal punishment. Chances are that funny looking little black kid on the bus with you would cut your throat for a few dollars in bus tokens if given the chance.

I'm convinced we need another civil war in this country. Make lemming whites be forced to choose sides. Just like in The Turner Diaries.

your girlfriend is with you. Many years ago I went with a group of people from work, we were in our mid-twenties, to watch the Great Peach Ball of Atlanta fall at the New Year's Eve celebration. It was smack dab in the heart of downtown Atlanta, just outside Underground.

A couple of teenage black guys came over and started to give me some shit. They were skinny little bastards, I could have taken both of them (back then), and there were other guys there with me. But since my girlfriend was there, I kept my mouth shut and made her keep hers shut, too. She was just squirming in her pants, itching to say something. But I just said hey, hello guys, no I don't know what you're talking about, nope, can't understand you, just kept saying that and they quickly got bored and walked away.

Women love to run their mouths. I've seen guys do it too, but I'm just sitting there looking at her, she is bursting at the seams to run her mouth, and then I get left to do the fighting with these idiots because of her. I made up my mind that I was going to ignore them and I did, and I wasn't going to even get up off my seat until they made a move. They never did.

Plus if you start a fight with your girlfriend next to you, you now have two people to protect, not just one, cause you know damn well she's gonna start screaming her head off as soon as her hair gets pulled, you'll wheel around to see what the fuck is going on and then you get whacked on the back of the head with a baseball bat and carted off to jail.

Nope, better to avoid the entire situation. If I want to cause some pain to someone, it won't be in a public place. If I take my girlfriend out now, it's to a white restaurant, or as close to that as you can get in this shit town. If I go to a black area, it's strictly alone, don't want anyone around to slow me down. Females like to dawdle in parking lots, slow as damn shit getting in and out of a car, you open the door for her, get her situated, which takes forever, then so much time has elapsed that the nearest freeloader has spotted you and moves towards you, now you have to listen to some woeful story about needing food for lunch or busfare or a cigarette, and of course if you give them the cigarette, then they want you to light it for them, then they get their grubby hands all over your lighter.

Nope, leave the girl at home when going downtown. They have an innate blindness to danger. When by myself, no one ever bothers me. If anyone does say something, I just walk on by them, they stand there widemouthed, what are they going to do, start yelling at you on the street because you ignored their handout request? But sure enough, you go out with a group of people on a Friday night downtown, a fight will always break out somewhere nearby and there you will be stuck.

Why get in a fight on their turf, with oodles of black cops everywhere in sight? Better to pick them off from a distance, undetected. Do that a couple of times and you'd have the entire city in a catatonic meltdown.
