In Baltimore, Maryland, at 1:30 am EDT on 26 March 2024, the Dali, a 948ft (290-meter) cargo ship, hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge and caused it to collapse and fall into the Patapsco River. Rescue workers are fishing people out of the water. Seven people are still missing.
All 22 members of the Dali's crew are dot-head Indians. The incident was reportedly blamed on the ship’s master and pilot onboard.
The cause of the crash might have been related to a failure of electric power on board the ship just moments before it hit the bridge support. There might also have been a fire on the ship, as black smoke was seen rising from it a few seconds before impact.
Now we shall see whether Hindus are dindus.
The incident makes a good metaphor for America in decline.
