If you'll bother to take just a little time away from your more serious matters to actually look at this thread you'll see that I posted the negative DNA results here a full 8 hours before you started your groundbreaking duplicate thread.

Congratulations to you on being the first to start yet another thread to report the outcome of the DNA results before reading about it here on this one. The only caste system I'm aware of is that those who pay attention are usually found around the top and those who don't, because they have more serious matters to attend to, naturally congregate nearer to the bottom.

 

From the outset, I knew this cretin just wanted money. Now that the DNA is back, and there is no evidence whatsoever, the District Attorney and all the blacks are saying the same thing: We don't care if there is no evidence to charge them; they are guilty anyway! They are guilty of being privileged white boys and they must be persecuted, prosecuted, found guilty of that crime and punished.

The DA (who is a white racist by the way), is proceeding full-bore to convict them and Duke ("the plantation") as well. There will be some more wealthy blacks when this is over. The racist DA knows that all he has to do to get a conviction is to stack the jury with blacks and white liberal racists.

The international racist, hate-machine and shake-down artist, Jesse Jackson will probably be on the scene next.

Officer: Alleged Victim 'Passed-Out Drunk'

A woman who claims she was raped by members of Duke University's lacrosse team was described as "just passed-out drunk" by one of the first police officers to see her, according to a recording of radio traffic obtained Thursday by The Associated Press.

The conversation between the officer and a police dispatcher took place about 1:30 a.m. March 14, about five minutes after a grocery store security guard called 911 to report a woman in the parking lot who would not get out of someone else's car.

The officer gave the dispatcher the police code for an intoxicated person and said the woman was unconscious. When asked whether she needed medical help, the officer said: "She's breathing and appears to be fine. She's not in distress. She's just passed-out drunk."
The black woman, a 27-year-old stripper and college student, told police she was raped and beaten by three white men around midnight at an off-campus party thrown by Duke's lacrosse team. The racially charged allegations have led Duke to cancel the highly ranked team's season and accept the resignation of its coach.

No charges have been filed, but District Attorney Mike Nifong has said he believes a crime was committed. Attorneys for the players have said DNA tests failed to connect any players to the alleged attack, and they have urged Nifong to drop his investigation.

The radio recordings, obtained by the AP through a records request, are the first instance in which police or anyone connected with the investigation has said the woman appeared to be intoxicated.

Defense lawyers, however, have said time-stamped photographs taken by the players show that the accuser was drunk and already had suffered some injuries when she arrived at the house for the party.

The recording is consistent with "what I have seen of the photo evidence before," attorney Kerry Sutton said. Those photos, she said, showed that she was "way beyond where you would put somebody behind the wheel of a car."

The description of the woman's medical exam _ which Nifong has said is his basis for believing a rape occurred _ does not mention her being drunk. It states only that the woman's injuries and behavior were consistent with having been raped, sexually assaulted and having suffered a traumatic experience.

The woman has told police she and another stripper hired to dance at the party arrived at 11:30 p.m. March 13. The pair reportedly left the house a short time later, fearing for their safety. The accuser told police the two were coaxed back into the house with an apology, at which point they were separated. That's when she said she was dragged into a bathroom and raped, beaten and choked for a half hour.

At 12:53 a.m., police received a 911 call from a woman complaining that she had been called racial slurs by white men gathered outside the home where the party took place.

The defense has said it believes the second dancer at the party made that call. The 911 call from the grocery store security guard was placed at 1:22 a.m.

In it, the caller says, "Um, the problem is ... it's a lady in somebody else's car and she will not get out of their car. She's like, she's like intoxicated, drunk or something. She's, I mean, she won't get out of the car, period. "
A police spokeswoman did not immediately return a call seeking comment on the radio traffic.

The case has focused intense national scrutiny on Duke and the lacrosse players and has sparked protests on the elite private university's campus and elsewhere in Durham. The school last week canceled the highly ranked team's season and coach Mike Pressler resigned after the release of a vulgar and graphic e-mail sent by a team member shortly after the alleged assault.

Several of the defense attorneys say they expect the district attorney to ask a grand jury on Monday to issue charges in connection with allegations.

"Rest up on Sunday," Sutton said.
There has been no official word, however, on whether Nifong intends to present the allegations Monday. His next opportunity would come two weeks later.

The controversy over the alleged rape of an exotic dancer by Duke University lacrosse players is taking on a new dimension, as opponents of the district attorney charge he's trying to parlay the case to his political advantage as he runs for re-election.

CBS News correspondent Trish Regan reports that D.A. Mike Nifong of Durham County, N.C., a Democrat, faces a challenge in a primary next month whose winner is virtually certain to go on to victory in the general election since no Republican is running for the seat.

The dancer, who is black, charges that three white members of the lacrosse team assaulted her at an off-campus party a month ago. Defense attorneys say there have been no matches in tests done on DNA samples taken from almost all of the team's players. No one has been charged in the case, but Nifong insists it's not over.

The case has heightened racial tensions in the Durham area, and drawn attention to what many in the community view as the elitist aura surrounding the school.

In addition, high-powered attorney Bill Bennett, who represented Bill Clinton in the Paula Jones case, has been hired to try to polish the public image of the players, Regan says.

At a democratic forum, Nifong's foes in the primary fired away.

"Perhaps he thought that he had landed a case that would save his prosecutorial career," asserted Freda Black.

"It casts a long shadow over the integrity of your administration of this case," Keith Bishop said.

But Nifong insisted his intentions are honorable, saying: "I am not going to allow Durham's view in the mind of the world be a bunch of lacrosse players from Duke raping a black girl in Durham."

Irving Joyner, a law professor at North Carolina Central University, where the alleged victim is a student, says Nifong made this case too public, too soon.

"When it's tried," Joyner told Regan, "there'll be very few people who will have not heard about the case, making an impartial jury selection almost impossible."

And, Regan points out, with so many people in this community convinced of the Duke players' guilt, despite the DNA tests, some believe Nifong has no choice but to move forward.

Bill Thomas, a lawyer for one of the players, says: "There seems to be a rush to judgment in this case. There seems to be a rush to indictment in this case."

Thomas says he thinks Nifong will seek an indictment as early as Monday and will probably get it.

This, despite pictures he has that he says will prove his client's innocence: "There are (time-stamped) photos of her at the backdoor, after they asked her to leave and locked the door, where she is smiling and grinning. And this would have been after this alleged vicious sexual assault took place."

As for Bennett being hired, Regan told The Early Show co-anchor Harry Smith Thursday: "The reality is that many people in this community have basically convicted these kids in their minds. So, public opinion is very much against these kids. So, there's a feeling among the players' families, among their attorneys, that they really need to work on the spin, how this is being perceived by the public, because, let's not forget, no charges have been filed yet."

So these black strippers show up at a party and some of the white partygoers objected and hurled racial slurs. That doesn't sound to me like they wanted black strippers.

Still, it's not a good idea to mess around with strippers anyway. Or prostitutes or whatever. You never know what kind of trouble you'll get into. It's just one more pile of crap that you are risking in this crazy Politically Correct climate. I can't remember where I read this, but it recalls to me an incident where this guy orders a prostitute to his hotel room (probably in Las Vegas or somewhere where those things are semi-tolerated); he asks the "agency" for a redhead; they send him a fat negress in a red wig.

It's probably a bait-and-switch. They promise some blonde babe, but they send whoever they have, and know that most whites are too afraid of the word "racist" to complain. The real "crime" here is that these lacrosse players didn't play the chumps, they actually complained. Loudly.
