Day after day OVER 90% of Chicago's shootings and murders are committed by BLACK OFFENDERS.... but it's so wrong to racially profile! Just because almost all the shooters are black offenders, police should do street stops on lots of white people to equal out the people stopped by the police...(Make sense, right?)[/INDENT]
