Ex-CEO of kosher slaughterhouse: Grand jury biased

Attorneys for the former CEO of America's largest kosher meatpacking plant say immigration, bank fraud and other charges against him should be dismissed because the grand jury that indicted him was anti-Semitic.
Sholom Rubashkin faces nearly 100 federal counts and is accused of helping illegal immigrants get fake documents so they could work at Agriprocessors Inc.'s slaughterhouse in Postville, Iowa. (AP)
