Ex-Nazi guard's attorneys say he should remain a U.S. citizen

PITTSBURGH - A former Nazi death camp guard should be able to keep his U.S. citizenship because he came to the country at a time when immigration officials admitted others like him as long as they weren't considered war criminals, his attorneys argued.
Anton Geiser, 81, of Sharon, is fighting efforts by the U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh to have him deported because he failed to tell authorities he served with the Waffen SS at two concentration camps during World War II.
Geiser is an ethnic German born in what is now Croatia, who came to the United States in 1956 and became a U.S. citizen six years later.
His attorneys filed an answer Thursday to the government's petition for summary judgment, which seeks to have a federal judge declare that Geiser is illegally in the country and should be stripped of his citizenship. Federal officials could then deport him.
"The pertinent evidence shows that, at the time of his admission to the United States in 1956, Mr. Geiser was admissible under a legally enforceable government policy which provided that former concentration camp guards were admissible so long as they were not war criminals," his attorneys argued in the filing in U.S. District Court in Pittsburgh.
"It is undisputed that Mr. Geiser was not a war criminal. Having lawfully obtained an immigrant visa, and having thereafter lawfully procured citizenship, Mr. Geiser cannot lawfully be stripped of his citizenship," the document states.
Geiser's attorneys don't name the 14 other former concentration camp guards they claim entered the country legally about the same time as Geiser. But some are referred to by initials along with details about their efforts to enter the United States.

Geiser served as an armed SS Death Head guard at Sachsenhausen concentration camp near Berlin for much of 1943. He then was transferred to a training camp at Arolsen, where he escorted prisoners to and from the Buchenwald camp, where tens of thousands of Jews and others were exterminated, until April 1945.
Geiser's attorneys, however, said that he was a perimeter guard at the camps and not responsible for any atrocities.
In depositions last year, Geiser told federal officials he was drafted into the German military and denied harming any prisoners even though he said he had orders to shoot prisoners who tried to escape.
U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan contends Geiser wouldn't have been allowed into the United States 50 years ago had he told officials that he was a concentration camp guard. Geiser said he was never asked about his wartime service.
Geiser has lived in Sharon, about 60 miles northwest of Pittsburgh, since June 1960, with his wife, Theresia. They have three sons. Geiser retired in 1987 after 31 years at Sharon Steel.
In February, a federal appeals court in Chicago upheld a decision to strip another Yugoslav-born ethnic German of his citizenship. That man also denied harming anyone while he was an SS guard at the Sachsenhausen camp.

Hopefully in 20 or 30 years the Arabs will be hunting down Israeli and American military personnel who tortured them in Abu Garib and Israeli prisons. Th Arabs can hold bogus trials of the kikes and zog undermen like they are doing to Saddam now.

Lawyers for a former Nazi concentration camp guard who has lived in Pennsylvania for 50 years plan to appeal a ruling stripping him of his U.S. citizenship.
Anton Geiser, 81, of Sharon, Pa., "personally assisted in the persecution of people because of race, religion or national origin," U.S. District Judge David S. Cercone ruled Friday.
He has two weeks to hand over his certificate of naturalization, passport and any other documents indicating he is a U.S. citizen.
Federal prosecutors sought to have Geiser stripped of his citizenship and deported because he lied on his visa application in 1956 about serving in a Schutzstaffel Death's Head battalion.
Had he made that admission, they said, he would have been ineligible to become a naturalized citizen.
Geiser last year admitted his role in a sworn deposition. But he said he never bought into the Nazi ideology.
"What they were saying, it didn't penetrate my heart," Geiser told federal authorities.

So they can track down 80 something people who are here legally and have a long established history, but it's too hard to track down illegals who are suspected of crimes and have warrants out on them?
The hypocrisy of the system is almost unbelievable to those of us who have been paying attention.

It's not about hypocrisy. This is intentional on the part of interest groups which serve the interest of jews and mexicans. The plan is to take over and push out all Whites for over 30 years now. This can now be achieved more easily since there are approximately 30 million illegals. The jews in our government and their psychophants have ignored this problem knowing it was a problem for many decades and did nothing to stop it, including the years Bush was governor of Texas. Bush even commented that the mexicans are going to take over and that for everyone to accept it.
A jew can't handle "truth" with dignity, but refutes with lies of exaggeration.

When Elie Weasle runs out of old men and women to hunt down and persecute, who or what will be next? Their children? Confiscation of any estate they may have built up and left? Fortunately for society and the sane world, that POKS is getting old and will not live forever.

When you realize that Chertoff is in control , all the hypocrisy is self-explanatory . jews are the masters of hypocrisy .
I consider Chertoff one of the most evil and dangerous people of Yankee Amerikwa. He is a benefactor to Israel, not the 'kwa. So, can we actually trust an unloyal kike to defend and secure our land? Hell No!!!

Not only is Chertoff evil and dangerous . His lasting effect is even worse . He will fill high level , long term civil service positions with fellow tribesmen , the DOJ will be packed with the tride and the corrupt prosecution will be rampant .
