Nationalist Week exclusive interview with Simon Sheppard - Victim of
the Race Acts tyranny.

Nationalist Week recently interviewed Simon Sheppard, publisher and operator of the Heretical Press website. He has been active on the Nationalist scene for some time. Simon came to his conclusion that Nationalism was the answer after publishing two medical papers and going on to study human behaviour, involving over three years of original research.

Nationalist Week (NW): Simon, we understand that you are the subject of a number of Race Relations charges relating to the Heretical Press website and one publication too. Can you detail the charges?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard :I was raided on 30th March 2005 in respect of the satirical comic book 'Tales of the Holohoax.' During this raid much of my personal property was also removed. There was then a lapse of about a year and then on 12th April this year again an unbelievable dozen police stormed in, in the early hours of the morning whilst I was still asleep.

NW: What happened then?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: This second heavy-handed raid, which was supposed to be in respect of the website, also resulted in a large amount of personal property - which was in no way connected to any charge - being seized. This is still in the possession of the police.

NW: Then what happened?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: I have had to answer to police bail no less than a ridiculous six times!

NW: Have you been formally charged?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: The last time I attended police bail I noticed that Special Branch were involved as the SB officer in charge of the case was in attendance. I was then taken to into a charge room and was shocked when no less than TEN charges under the obnoxious Race Acts were read out to me.

NW: This surely is a new record of ZOG suppression of freedom of speech on the Internet. Do you intend Simon to fight these ludicrous charges?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: I am going to fight these unjust charges tooth and nail.

NW: That's the only way Simon. We must all stand together and fight
for freedom of thought, word and action for White Nationalists in the UK.

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: The last time I was prosecuted, the only way I could see of getting my arguments before a jury was to defend myself. This time however I am backed by a solid legal team.

NW When are you due to appear in court next?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: I have to attend a magistrate's court for a preliminary hearing on 1st September.

NW: You seem to be cool and disciplined to your fight against these
charges - how can other White Nationalists help you?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: When I was raided the second time, shortly before I was released I told the police that only a couple of nights previously I had been thinking of taking a back seat and letting things take their natural course but, following this second raid, this will no longer be the case. I have prepared a very promising publication, which is intended to be delivered door to door, but this will involve considerable financial outlay. If there is any financial help - hopefully of a substantial nature (the printing bill alone of £1,000 is coming out of my own pocket and that is just for starters!) - that White Nationalists can give then I will feel that I am getting some really solid and effective support. It's a fantastic publication and definitely a worthy cause, as well as a fitting retaliation for the raids I have endured.

NW: What is the exact nature of the charges?

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: There is one charge in respect of 'Tales of the Holohoax' which is already in print and is receiving wide circulation. The other nine charges are all in respect of web pages and this sort of charge is, as far as I am aware, unprecedented.

NW: We couldn't agree more. This is the opening salvo of ZOG's attack on White Nationalism on the Internet.

[color="Red"]Simon Sheppard: It wouldn't be a good idea to go into detail about how the case is going to be fought but there are a great many legal objections, which will be raised against these unique charges.

NW: We are sure all right minded patriots of EVERY group and party are totally outraged at this shocking action and will join as one to help you in your courageous stand for freedom of speech for all White
Nationalists!
