The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms and law enforcement from Florida raided the Illinois home Dennis Mahon and his brother today in conjunction with an investigation into links between white organizations and Palestinian and Iraqi liberation groups.
According to long time white activist John McLaughlin, federal law enforcement served a search warrant on Mahon's home as part of an investigation into a Florida terrorism case that was mentioned before Congress in recent testimony regarding FBI incompetence.
The raid occurred following a series of letters sent to prominent white activists offering up to $100,000 for information leading to the arrest of certain white activists who have been allegedly plotting acts of terrorism in conjunction with Islamic organizations, and a series of contacts between FBI agents and members of the American National Socialist Workers Party, where FBI agents have attempted to recruit informers and gather information on Bill White, the group's commander. A copy of one of those letters along with a list of individuals known to have received it was placed in the mail to Overthrow today by a confidential source.
Some of the alleged FBI contacts seems illegitimate, as the agents have left Xeroxed business cards and other credentials that do not seem authentic.
According to McLaughlin, FBI agents questioned Mahon as to whether or not he knew White before taking the DNA samples.
A long time FBI informer testified before Congress earlier this week that the FBI had been engaged in improprieties during an investigation in Florida of links between white activists and Islamic groups.
While details are unclear, the FBI seems to believe that white organizations are planning terrorist attacks on Jewish groups within the United States in coordination with anti-Zionist radicals in Palestine and Iraq and individuals in Iran.
