PEOPLE had an article 23 March THE CHILDREN OF THE CULT, on the LDS children seized in Texas, an unusual 8 page article. They reported most of the 439 children were returned, although many have moved away to different parts. Describing Gloria Barlow, one of the three year olds, it says "after the raid they kept her separate from the other children...so she learned how to scream." The children while in foster homes, 'were exposed to marvels they couldn't have fathomed in their insular, no-frills world: bicycles, TV, wearing shorts, watching cartoons.' As one 8 year old said: 'It was junk.' He proudly showed off a truck he made from Lincoln logs. The children are happy to be back, but parents report the children feel more insecure, are harder to get to bed, and a mother objected to the children wearing (forced?) to wear loose clothing. 'They played with video games, but now they're happy to be back pulling lettuce.' A mother also objected to the people the children were kept with. Like a lady at the shelter who was pregnant and not married. "we don't want (our children) to even think about stuff like that." The kids 'also had so many toys thrown at them.' Also, although some men at the compound sill will come to trial on charges, all photos of the FLDS members have been confiscated and not returned (why? To put in a data bank?)
The parents and children feel like they 'went through a hurricane.' State officials show no interest in apologizing, are convinced they did the right thing...and what about the black bitch who made the phony call? ANY charges on HER?
At least the children are together, life has continued, and maybe everyone got a little lesson in big brother and ZOG trying to bring them into the reservation.
